PeekabooLabs is a global team preparing to enter the U.S. market with on-device AI technology. That means you’ll need English communication skills and at least 2 years of experience (or equivalent skill) in AI service development.

Responsibilities
•
Develop and optimize AI models using cutting-edge ML libraries such as Hugging Face and PyTorch
•
Build and fine-tune RAG-based agents leveraging open-source LLMs
•
Optimize inference performance for edge devices (techniques like quantization, distillation, pruning, etc.)
•
Build and maintain Python-based ML backend systems

Office Location

Our office is in Gangnam, Seoul, just a 3-minute walk from Yeoksam Station (Exit 8). Easy commute, great restaurants, and a stress-free daily routine!

Full-time Conversion
•
We believe both sides need time to get to know each other, so there will be a 3-month onboarding period. However, even during this time, you’ll be treated with full respect as a teammate—no “probation period” discrimination.

If we’re a good match, you’ll naturally convert to a full-time team member and grow with us for the long term :)

We share progress through weekly sprint reviews and daily stand-ups, and everyone is encouraged to help each other when needed. We prefer teammates who take initiative rather than waiting for instructions.

While we encourage in-person collaboration, we operate a flexible hours policy. Our core hours are 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM—as long as you’re present during this time, you’re free to set your own schedule for the rest of the day. We want you to maintain work-life balance while working efficiently.
